Branding Options - Give the option to nclude ScriptInfo or not. Branding Options: If a company or individual wants to remove any links back to CS, then allow them to do so by having them pay. This will make CS flexible. English speaking users like me will try to remove the ScriptInfo as it looks like a sample link. The English documentation is non existent. Sorry, did not understand. If you can accept donations, then allow the user who wants to remove Scriptinfo to pay. |

clansphere contains a few copyright having 3rd party products listed in docs/externals.txt. none of them is required to have clansphere up and running, but especially jquery is useful to have working javascript tools and the others provide a bit of extra functionality that's maybe nice to have. clansphere never had and never will get the option to remove the license for paying. this may change for the successor, but here it is an absolutely nogo to try to have a discussion about this, as the team discussed this several times with always the same result. the only thing that's maybe possible is a license switch and we already switched in the past from gpl v2 to bsd 2 way and now the 99% alike "new bsd license" which we like very much. ------------------ ClanSphere - professional clan care starts here |
