U have to edit the lang files of the cash module by urself i guess...
Since there is no option in the settings...

swifter is right, years ago it was not planned to have support for other currencies, but the lang file changes are done fast and easy.

Want to thank both Swifter and Hajo for your assistance.

Here is what I changed on line #14:

from: $cs_lang['euro'] = 'Euro';

to: $cs_lang['euro'] = 'USD $';
