I installed the ticker v1.0 *Fixed* and I edited all the access rights and set them properly so it can be viewed and edited.

I click on the ticker icon in the admin area and this is what I see:



There is no settings to change and no way to add any test to the ticker....

looks like the the author has forgotten to edit the languge file.

just edit the lang/English/ticker.php by turning the bx_lang's into cs_lang's.

before:
 
1.
1. / 2. / ... 
 $bx_lang['mod']         = 'Ticker';


after:
 
1.
1. / 2. / ... 
 $cs_lang['mod']         = 'Ticker';


that should reveal a link to the right of this tiny clipboard icon in the upper left corner.
